01 Introduction

04 Account Eligibility

Access to WenPKR and any associated registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

As a User, you agree to use the Platform only in a manner that:

• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform;
• Does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legal rights of WenPKR or any third party;
• Does not interfere with or disrupt the operation, security or integrity of the Platform or any connected networks;
• Does not involve scraping, data mining, automated access or any form of systematic extraction of Content from the Platform without our prior written consent;
• Does not involve the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications, spam, malware or other harmful material.

WenPKR is an information and entertainment resource. It does not operate as a casino, bookmaker, betting exchange or any other form of gambling operator. All gambling activity takes place on the platforms of third-party licensed operators to whom users may be referred. WenPKR accepts no responsibility for the conduct, terms, services or outcomes associated with such third-party operators.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform:

1. Accessing the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful;
2. Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls or technical restrictions implemented on the Platform;
3. Publishing, distributing or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, threatening or otherwise unlawful;
4. Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or affiliation in any way when using the Platform;
5. Using the Platform to engage in, facilitate or promote any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or tax evasion;
6. Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the Platform's software or codebase;
7. Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
8. Reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting any WenPKR Content without express written permission.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

07 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, reviews, data compilations, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of WenPKR or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring or licensing any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited access licence described in Clause 5 above. In particular:

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast or transmit any Content without WenPKR's prior written consent;
• You may not use the WenPKR name, logo or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without express permission;
• You may print or download extracts of Content for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify the material and you acknowledge WenPKR as the source.

Any unauthorised use of WenPKR intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under applicable law.

08 Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WenPKR hereby expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content published on the Platform;
• Warranties that information about bonus offers, payment methods, withdrawal times or operator terms will remain accurate at the time of your access.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as familiar context references only. 09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WenPKR, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any gambling losses or financial harm you sustain as a result of decisions informed by Content on the Platform;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, WenPKR's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (Pakistani Rupees one thousand only).

10 Third-Party Operators

WenPKR may feature information about, or provide contextual references to, third-party gambling operators and betting platforms. The inclusion of such references does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or verification of any operator's services, licences, reliability or compliance.

If you choose to register with or use any third-party operator's services:

• You do so entirely at your own risk and subject to that operator's own terms and conditions;
• WenPKR bears no responsibility for the operator's conduct, terms, payment practices, bonus conditions or any disputes that arise;
• You should conduct your own due diligence before depositing funds with any operator, including verifying their licensing status and reviewing their terms independently;
• WenPKR does not process payments, hold funds or act as an intermediary between you and any operator.

Any disputes between you and a third-party operator must be resolved directly with that operator and, where applicable, through the operator's licensed jurisdiction dispute resolution procedures.

11 Amendments

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WenPKR is registered and operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

For Pakistani users, you acknowledge that:

• Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to your activities and use of gambling services independently of the governing law of these Terms;
• WenPKR makes no representation that the Content or the services of any referenced operator are lawful under Pakistani law;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in your location, including any city or provincial-level regulations in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
